Time for a yummy recipe again! I haven’t tried this one myself yet, but it seems so easy to make that it MUST be delicious! And it has biltong in with cheese. You can’t go wrong.
you will need:
1x roll puff pastry
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup biltong of your choice, cut in slices
2 wheels feta cheese, crumbed
4 eggs, whisked
pre-heat oven to 180 degrees. line your pastry in an oven-proof dish – make sure you’ve greased it well. cover this with your cheddar cheese. next, sprinkle over your biltong and your feta cheese. grind lots of black pepper over. mix the eggs with your cream and pour over. sprinkle over some more delicous cheddar cheese and biltong. Pop in oven and bake for 30mins.
